Follow progress on event day via the Live Feed.
Please note: This is a live feed of checkpoint timing data rather than continuous GPS tracking - runner progress updates each time a competitor passes through a timing point on the course.
Thank you for checking in for the event last week.
Email titled, "Final Week Information" will be sent to all Checked-in participants in the next few days. Please look to your inbox. This email lists final reminders and pointers as we approach event day!

This event is part of the Endurancelife 26-27 trail running season (September 2026 till July 2027). Runners who complete any distance category at this event will be awarded points and will be listed in the Season Leader Board. Check-in! : We will be asking all registered participants to check in online approximately two weeks from the event. The Check-in process will result in a simpler event experience for you by removing the usual on-the-day administration. Within the Check-in process we will ask you to check your personal details, such as your ICE (In Case of Emergency) contact, as well as watch the mandatory event safety video.
We look forward to welcoming you to the event!

The unique peninsula is a protected haven for some of the richest and most varied wildlife habitats in the UK. Our coastal Gower 10K, half, marathon and ultra courses are set against an awe-inspiring natural backdrop of cliff tops, downland, woodland, sand dunes and world famous beaches. This trail running paradise is very accessible from most parts of the UK.
