Contingency Parking Information for Tomorrow (IF REQUIRED)
Following on from our update earlier this AM, we wanted to confirm contingency parking arrangements now so you have all the information to hand if needed tomorrow.
Why?
Our main parking field (located between Little Haven and Broad Haven) may not be accessible tomorrow morning if conditions are too wet.
What are the contingency arrangements for car parking?
If required, we will switch to our hardstanding contingency parking at the Broad Haven Council Car Park.
Closest postcode: SA62 3JH
(NB Charges apply: there is a maximum charge at this carpark of £6 for all-day parking.)
Is there anything else I should be aware of?
Roadside marshals will be in place to direct you where needed.
(Any parking tickets previously purchased from us for the parking field will be refunded in full next week).
How much time do I need to provision in the morning?
Walking times are roughly as follows:
Contingency Car Park to Coach Departure Point (for 10K and Half Marathon runners taking the optional coach transfer): ~10 minutes (normally ~2 minutes from field parking).
Contingency Car Park to Event Start in Little Haven (for Ultra and Marathon runners): ~22 minutes (normally ~10 minutes).
If you are a 10K or Half particpant and are being dropped directly at your start location (i.e. not using the coach transfer service), this parking update is less relevant for you - though it may still be useful to share with any family or friends you have supporting you.

We are looking forward to welcoming you to the event tomorrow!
It is forecast to be a reasonably fine day tomorrow, weatherwise - cloudy for much of the day with a gentle breeze. Perfect conditions in many respects! Rain is due overnight tonight but hopefully this has cleared by the time we welcome you to the event in the morning. The trails are dry underfoot and even with the overnight rain we would expect that not to change.
NB if the overnight rain does come in more heavily than expected then there is always the possibility that we will have to divert vehicles away from the main parking field to local hardstanding car parks. In light of this please make sure you arrive in good time for the event so you have some extra contingency time in your morning schedule. If we do move to contingency parking arrangements then we will, of course, refund you your pre-purchased parking ticket early next week.

Special notice for participants from previous years:
We’re thrilled to welcome you back for another season of unforgettable trail running! As we gear up for 2024-25, we’ve made a small but important change that we wanted to make clear to you.
This season, we’ve decided to streamline the events by removing complimentary t-shirts from most events - including this one. This change allows us to keep event entry prices affordable—something we feel is important. To give you an idea, since 2018, the entry fee for a 10K has only increased by £2, despite significant rising costs. Thanks to improved efficiencies, we’ve been able to keep this increase minimal, ensuring you continue to get good value.
But don’t worry—you will still have the opportunity to grab an Endurancelife t-shirt (or other awesome event merchandise) at a heavily discounted price during Check-in. We hope you’ll take advantage of this great offer and wear your Endurancelife gear with pride!

Check-in!
We will be asking all registered participants to check in online approximately two weeks from the event. The Check-in process will result in a simpler event experience for you by removing the usual on-the-day administration. Within the Check-in process we will ask you to: 1) Confirm your preferred postal address to enable your participant number and electronic timing tag to be posted out and 2) Watch the mandatory event safety video.
As Britain's only coastal National Park primarily designated for its coastal landscape, Pembrokeshire is justifiably famous for its rugged cliffs, quiet coves, expansive sandy bays, picturesque coastal villages and its abundance of marine life. The coastal trails here are wild and exposed, with undulating terrain and spectacular views. The 10K, half marathon, marathon and ultra courses are challenging but the views presented to you around each corner make this a beautiful course that must be experienced.
