Travel advice

Below we outline the best transportation options to get you to the event:

To Marseille

By air

Marseille Provence Airport (MRS) - Skyscanner link

By train

The main train station in Marseille is Gare de Marseille-Saint-Charles.

Marseille has TGV lines from Paris (3 hours), Lyon (1h45), Nice (2h), Strasbourg (5h35), Frankfurt (7h45), Geneva (3h30) and to Brussels (5h).

By Coach

The main coach station in Marseille is Gare de Marseille-Saint-Charles.

Eurolines offers coach transport from multiple European destinations to Marseille.

From Marseille to the event

The event itself is located at KEDGE Business School - Campus Luminy, Rue Antoine Bourdelle, 13009 Marseille, France (Google maps).

By Car

There is ample free parking at the event base if you are coming in your own vehicle.

Taxi services: both Uber and Bolt operate in the Marseille area. As a guide, a taxi from central Marseille to the event base should take about 30 mins and prices generally start from around €25.

By Metro and Bus

There are good public transport links to the event from the airport (90 mins, C.€12), the train station (45 mins, C.€2) and from central Marseille (60 mins, C.€2). If you choose to travel via public transport It is likely that you will use a combination of the Metro and then the bus network.

We recommend referencing Citymapper or Google Maps for the most up to date information.

By Metro

You can use both Line 1 & Line 2 of the Marseille Metro to connect with the B1 bus route (and ultimately the bus stop of Luminy Kedge BS).

Line M1 - You’ll need to disembark the Metro at either Prado Périer or Rond Point du Prado to jump on the B1 bus.

Line M2 - You’ll need to disembark the Metro at Castellaneto jump on the B1 bus.

By Bus

The closest stop is Luminy Kedge BS. From here the event base is a short walk.

Please consult the RTM website for services and schedules. The B1 bus (route map) will stop at Luminy Kedge BS on Saturdays and the final destination of this line is Campus de Luminy.

Check-in! : We will be asking all registered participants to check in online approximately two weeks from the event. The Check-in process will result in a simpler event experience for you by removing the usual on-the-day administration. Within the Check-in process, we will ask you to 1) Confirm your preferred postal address to enable your participant number to be posted out, and 2) Watch the mandatory event safety video.

Only a stone's throw from Marseille (and just 35 minutes from the airport) yet a world away from the noise of the city, here you will find some world class trail running.

This is a fully waymarked 30 km route, including the summit of Mount Puget, held entirely within the National Park.

With 6 UK airports servicing this destination with direct low cost flights there's no excuse! Come and join us for this inaugural and brutal event in one of France's hidden gems.

Due to the sensitive landscapes within the National Park places are strictly limited to just 100 participants.

  1. If your plans change or you simply change your mind:
    1. You can receive a full refund (no fees or charges) should you change your mind within 30 days of booking (*1). No questions asked. To do so; log onto your account > Orders > Select the desired order number > Cancel > Confirm. It’s as simple as that. (*1 for bookings made more than 3 months prior to the event).
    2. You can chop and change between our whole events portfolio at any time (this includes locations as well as class categories at the same location). Just make sure you do this more than 30 days before the event you are booked on to. To do so; log onto your account > Orders > Select the desired order number > Change > Select the desired (new) event. Admin fees may apply for some changes.
    3. Transfer your entry to a friend. Any time up until 14 days prior to the event. To do so; Log onto your account > Orders > Select the desired order number > Reassign > Enter the desired email address. All reallocated entries must accept the invitation to finalise this process.
  2. Cancellation: You will always be given a full refund (no fees or charges) if the event has to be cancelled.
  3. Postponement: You will always be given the following three options should an event have to be postponed (date changed). You will have one week from the date the event is postponed to make your choice:
    1. Accepting the new event date (this is the default option if you make no choice).
    2. Transferring to one of our other event locations for any date in the future.
    3. A refund (less a booking & card processing fee which will never be more than £10).
